Everything was excellent, including exceptional staff and magnificent location right opposite a metro station so super easy to get around.

Liked my fairly nice stay after that 1 night. The rooms turned out to be brand-new and spotless with balcony and all the amenities, as example.

A comfortable stay at this hotel. Fairly clean venue in a nice building adjacent to the hotel big mall and alot of stores and resturants and super market. Very central location, gorgeous breakfast. The pool area is good too.

The stay here was perfect 10/10, enjoyed the hotel, it was exceptionally clean with beautiful location close to M1 metro station and Shopping Mall and Taksim. Food was outstanding and tasty. Very good service and good value.

Fantastic staff and location, the hotel itself was fairly clean. I liked the room with a balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Absolutely perfect location, large bed and, of course, excellent staff.

Professional staff, prime location, decent service. Location close to nice shopping center and almost all attractions in Istanbul and Shami restaurants. Our room was completely renovated and absolutely spotless, besides, the bed was really big. Healthy breakfast with fresh bread, cakes, pastries and yoghourt was provided. The rooftop bar was large, loved it.

original room, fab location & above average breakfast. this hotel is perfectly situated, within walking distance of attractions. easy check in and in general efficient service. an extremely convenient property in istanbul.

I had the best stay in a long time. Its location was handy, near the main sights of the city, stores. Supportive staff worked here and was willing to help;)))

The views were unpleasant.

Exceptional location and staff, and even a free parking. Our room had a cozy bed and a panoramic view. The property had its own a la carte restaurant, it was perfect. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention free wifi!

Large restaurant, modern design, gorgeous location. I had additional requests, staff was decent and were happy to help. Room was super, super, with comfortable beds. Lovely garden and clean pool area. Had no problem using their good parking, the internet was excellent.

It was just perfect time in Istanbul. Super comfy location, magnificent room and I liked TRULY EXCEPTIONAL staff. Delicious and healthy food.

We recommend it to family. A shower in the bathroom was a plus. The bar is nice.
